Unity Claims Management has a process to ensure the quality of service and our work product.  By surrounding ourselves with bright people (adjusters, team members, clients) that are collectively more intelligent than any one individual, our company will excel through team participation.  
What we do
We can investigate all perils nationwide including wind and hail, fire, smoke, theft, vandalism, and water.  We offer complete claims handling or we can customize our work product so that it provides a solution for the carrier's specific needs.

Unity Claims Management provides support to insurance carriers by providing independent adjusters who can process claims in likeness with staff adjusters.  These independent adjusters are not only customer- service focused, but also provide an overall high quality claim file with exceptional cycle time. All of the claim files that are handled by our independent adjusters are also processed through a Quality Claims Audit (QCA) before being submitted to the carrier saving time, and providing a quality claim. We don’t let just any adjuster work for us.  They have to have experience, pass our licensing, testing, background check and software knowledge (Xactimate, Symbility) requirements, keep up their credentials, be customer-service focused, and uphold our core beliefs.  The customer is at the core of every claim.
